Online ads make this look like some big, professionally run, serious business but from my experience (and other reviews) it operates more like a side hustle for a really nice guy who maybe doesn't have time to run a business. I paid a premium for new, never-used, drinking water totes I needed immediately and was told they were in stock and would be delivered \tomorrow\. They weren't. I was told tomorrow six different times, and twice a driver DID show up but they brought obviously used stuff instead of the new ones I needed. When I refused delivery they apologized, said it was just a mistake and the right stuff would be delivered right away, but after two more missed dates they showed up with used, again, and I filed a dispute with my credit card company (when I first asked for refund I was told all sales are final but they did refund in the end). This all took FOUR weeks (had to shut down a property because of it). Not a scam, they DO have totes, and they DO make deliveries, just didn't come through for me. I would have given more stars if they didn't try to pass off used stuff as new, twice.

DFW Store: They are getting 3 stars only because my order of 2 IBC Totes was handled quickly however their customer service is terrible. No one answers the phone and chat message. Not sure if the other stores are run this way but it is making me re-think going back to them again.
Ordered a barrel, but could not get an address for pick up. Reached their dispatcher and was promised that it would be available Monday. Went to the address provided and it was a different business. Have emailed, called and texted the owner. This appears to either be out of business or some kind of a scam. I wish I had checked out the reviews before I ordered. I have cancelled the order via email and text, but still have had no response.
