Fantastic food, brilliant atmosphere and the absolute best staff ever. Went with the family today and we couldn't fault the fantastic service we received at The Tawa and Grill Hut in Blackburn. Would recommend to everyone, will definitely be back
Where can i start from, it was dark and gloomy, decided to munch out, not to say my mum can make a much much better tasty meal than this MALARIOUS HUT. Food was yucky, not to say the plates were not PRISTINE, waiters were very anxious to serve us. A lot of charges were faced and my dad gave me a grilling for using too many flushes to get rid of the food the right way. I was so glad it all came out. My 10 year old son could have presented the tomatoey sloppy Noodles. I will 100% not be returning, i am glad i went when the offer was on otherwise the price is SURELY not worth it.
I ordered food for a huge celebratory pre-wedding family dinner. This restaurant surpassed my expectations from customer service to food quality. The food was amazing and to top it all off, they provide a delivery service with restaurant quality food. I would recommend to anyone & everyone.
Drove past this place a few times previously so decided to try it out during the 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme. The restaurant was extremely busy as one can imagine and although we were greeted with a smile, the chaos soon unfolded. To summarise, although we expected a wait what we didn't expect was: 1) No plates or cutlery on our table until we asked, even then, not enough for all the family. Had to ask on 3 separate occasions before we all had a plate. Eventually, tired of asking we wandered around the 1st Floor of the restaurant and collected plates and cutlery. 2) Our order (Tawa for 4), being served to the adjacent table although we had placed our order at least 20 mins before them. To add insult to injury, the adjacent table had ordered two (Tawa for 4), so they completed their order before we were served our order. 3) The inexperience amongst the service staff was there for everyone to see. They did their very best to keep smiling and we did the same. 4) Food, at best was average. If you want to experience a Tawa in Blackburn then Havelli is where you should go. Unfortunately, will not be going back again.
