First time visiting this location all the way from Atlanta and let me tell you it was worth the travel. The new online waiting list is very good, you sign up and then you have to wait in your car and once ready they will text you to bring your party inside and proceed to the host. Simple and safe! Food was amazing and the service was top notch. Thanks to Delilah and a big shout out to her. She was very attentive, pleasant and she treated us like royalty. 5 stars to her. I definitely recommend this TR location.

I hope that this visit was an exception, but it wasn't what I expected. Ordered \house chardonnay\. Was billed for Kendall-Jackson. I think that it was the waitress padding the bill and the tip base. The fries were cold. The burger wasn't what I'd call warm. I came close to sending them back but that opens up another set of problems. So keep your eye on the check and watch out for cold food.
Had the best service tonight. Steak was cooked to perfection! I got an 8oz sirloin. My son had the mini cheeseburgers and mac and he LOVED it and we shared a big ol brownie and that was delicious! Will definitely be back!
Services was nice, however, customer service could have been better. I ordered a T-bone steak with onion and mushrooms, well done, but everything was served to me burnt and dry. I didn't enjoy eating it and I told my waiter about my steak and all he said was oh and looked at me like what do you want me to do. I treated myself to a steak for my birthday because I wanted a Birthday Steak instead of Cake. I should've just stuck with a cake. Lesson learned.
Love Texas roadhouse and I have always gotten good food at this location. However, we took a chance and dined there for lunch this past weekend and when we went in, it appeared they had people spaced out so we went ahead with it. We noticed the bar was full, no spacing and no masks. Well we sat at a booth and felt comfortable as they have plexi glass in between booths. About halfway through the dining experience we saw people coming and going with no masks and they started sitting people right next to us in the regular middle tables. It got packed, and nothing felt socially distanced. Again, I love Texas roadhouse but unfortunately I do not feel comfortable dining here again until the Covid situation is under control. So its at your own risk, I just wanted to let people know, thanks!
