Yes the wait was long-call ahead, reservation or walk in the best options for quick is takeout or bar seat. Otherwise count on over an hour wait no matter what. This location has plenty of hand sanitizer but all where empty and has to be manually pumped- once made aware they were refilled with exception of the last one by the entrance- oddly enough the only no contact one was still empty. All business are a wanting game but only a few are worth it. Once in you can pick your steak or order from the menu. While waiting for your seat they play an annoying song and all servers try to dance to it- hopefully the once seating do enjoy it. Mix Drinks are well balance and beers cold. The steaks are perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. Bread is served warm and well buttered as well as your sides. Our server Chelsie was attentive, responsive and quick on the service. Location is convenient to hotels, road and stores. Decor is as many other locations as part of the restaurant chain.

Excellent experience at this location last night. Every staff member that I encountered was very pleasant and helpful from the young lady assisting with check-in in the parking lot to the servers. The food and drinks were delicious and I was very pleased with all of my selections. Chloe was super sweet and attentive. The manager stopped by the table to ensure everything was okay and was also very inviting as well. Great atmosphere. Very pleased and can't wait to return! Also, like others have mentioned...the crowed parking is intimidating but I didn't even have to wait more than 5 minutes once I checked in. They made the process very efficient!
If you allow the packed parking lot to intimidate you, you'll miss out on outstanding service and a delicious meal. The staff is friendly and accommodating as soon as you check in. Even with this location being busy, our wait was not very long at all and our food came out perfect and in a timely manner. Big thanks to our waiter tonight Trey, he was prompt, attentive and extremely courteous. My mother enjoyed her birthday.
I wanna first start by saying I LOVE TEXAS ROADHOUSE but tonight was my worse experience ever and honestly I’m upset because it was supposed to be me and my lady Valentine’s dinner, first off the waiter didn’t check on us as much as she should have , I understood that it’s Valentine’s weekend and it would be a wait but I didn’t expect to have to wait 2 hours for my food just for our steaks to come out super tough and well done , when we asked for it medium , and then they screwed up our loaded mash potatoes, honestly our day was going great until this happen, I’m disappointed in Texas Roadhouse tonight by how things was handled tonight, the manager even came to the table and didn’t even offer a apology for the poor service and over cooked food , at this point I don’t think I will ever return again , Just disappointing
Thanks for having my family and I. We weren’t expecting to eat there. The Mash House down the street changed that. You guys rocked! The service and food was excellent. Our two servers were wonderful. Looks like the family and I have found a new annual birthday place. Thanks again.
