Worst experience at a Texas Roadhouse I’ve EVER had. I’ve never reviewed a restaurant in my life but I’m so angry I had too. For years Texas Roadhouse has been my favorite restaurant I’ve been to many locations in ma/nh. I drove over 30 mins to finally get to have some after a year of slaving away as a RN during the pandemic. I did take out cuz I’m not comfortable with indoor dining. Getting home I open my bag to see both the sides missing from my boyfriends porterhouse steak meal. I got the country fried sirloin and it was half the size it usually is, cooked black (so chewy I could barely chew it) and they forgot the side of gravy. The rolls were so stale they hurt my jaw. We called the number on the bag and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes we finally talk to a manager named Ashley. She explains we can have either a free appetizer or 4 dollars back (in 7-10 business days) for the sides. Absolutely ridiculous she could have cared less about ruining our dinner. Unacceptable experience and honestly makes me never want to visit another Texas Roadhouse again. Extremely disappointed.

Was definitely very nice. I took my mom and my kids out for a treat today and the food was so delicious and filling. Gave my server a 20 tip for great service and she was so patient and kind with my kids wanting to talk her ear off with stories while we were trying to tell her our orders. Lol. Also she made sure that my mom didn't just \deal\ with how her food came to her, she wanted to make sure she got it made the way she really wanted it and she brought it back to the kitchen for her. She was so sweet and shares my name haha. She was very pleasant and made sure we had plenty of drinks and she was great with suggestions. Thanks Jessica for the best service a restaurant can provide. This year so far has started off great for me and my mom was thankful for the treat. We split the bill a bit but it was definitely a nice time for a 90 minute limit sit in. We didn't have the time for our \special\ drinks unfortunately. But maybe next time.
We have been going to Texas Roadhouse for over 15 years. We started in Greensburg, Pa. tonight I picked up a to go order for 6 people. The young woman who took my order repeated it back to me so I know that part was correct. The ribs were all overcooked. The middle more edible than the ends. Terrible! My daughter in law was really looking forward to the loaded baked potato and my daughter wanted the loaded mashed. Both were just regular. A very disappointing meal. I feel like the last couple of visits the food has been overcooked. We usually go to eat late in the afternoon and the ribs should be perfect and not dried out. That I might expect at 8 or 9 in the evening. Not sure what is going on.
Come for the steak, stay for the bread. This Texas-themed steakhouse is pretty much what you'd expect, but the food is great, staff are friendly and attentive, and being able to pick your steak is a nice touch. And if you've never had any of the heavenly bread that is made by Texas Roadhouse, please skip this and go right away.
