We really loved the wait-in-your-car feature. Much more comfortable than standing in the cold! Our waitress, Alex, was attentive and fun, and the food was fabulous! A total WIN! Thank you for a wonderful meal AND great experience.

The food was good. But we ask are Waiters is if they still sing Happy Birthday because it was my grandson's birthday and she told us that they didn't because they were short staff but 5 minutes after she told us that we hear a group of workers singing Happy Birthday at another table so true we were very upset and disappointed That she lied to us
Customer service and food was great. They do need to work on Covid Protocols. People were waiting in line to be seated without social distancing and there was alot of people(for me). So we ate quick and left.
Staffed by nothing but chatty teenagers. They gave us a cold steak, “heated it up” and it was still cold. Waited forever to get our cold food. Had to speak to the manager to get decent hot food. Will never go to this location again. The one in Garland is way better.
This location is always busy, but the service is never lacking. Even if there’s a wait list, it does not take long to be seated. The servers are speedy and very friendly. They know the menu very well. The food is consistent and good every time. The chicken, ribs, pork chops and steaks are all delicious!
