My daughter and I decided this would be the family meal after church today. What a great choice! From the moment we walked in it was a positive experience when everyone greeted us and indoor dining was available. I have been craving a stuffed baked potato and one of the first things they pointed out to us was that there was a special today on stuffed baked potatoes! It’s was only 4.99 and you can see pic to know it was plenty of food. There were five of us so, between everyone, we tried chopped beef sandwiches, sliced brisket sandwiches, chicken nuggets, french fries, and hush puppies. Everything was fresh and flavorful! What added to the experience was the praise & worship music along with articles that shared the story behind the restaurant. Though it may be new to Fulshear, the owners have a great barbecue history!

Wow...husband just got our food for the first time. He walked in without a mask because he forgot to put it on. When he remembered he immediately put it on near the front door. The manager or owner...not sure who it was...harassed him about not putting it on BEFORE he walked in the door. He wouldn't stop about it and couldn't believe he was actually talking to a customer like this. We will never be back...and the bbq had a lot of fat in it anyway. Good luck staying in business with that poor customer service. Update to your reply: he wore the mask. Point being you were harassing him while trying to get our 60 worth of food. For you to actually argue with a customer over this is very unprofessional.
Amazing barbecue!!! We eat here regularly and have been very pleased with the quality and service provided. Yummy!!
Absolutely delicious ribs!!!! I’m a BBQ fanatic. I love ribs, brisket, chicken, pork and any kind of sausage. I judge ribs by the flavor and texture without sauce. If they are moist but firm with tremendous flavor I’m happy. The sauce was delicious but the ribs did not need a drop..yes they were that good. These ribs deliver on all fronts. I’d say a solid 9/10 just because only Jesus is perfect. The staff are wonderful people and friendly. I will be coming back with my family at some point to try some of the other menu items. If price is your motivation then you may want to go get a McRib. You get what you pay for here and more. I am very pleased with my experience at 202 BBQ!!!
Very good BBQ. I really enjoyed the sliced beef brisket sandwich. I get 50/50 lean and fatty.. beef has a good flavor and is cooked well. My wife tried the loaded baked potato with pulled pork and it was outstanding. The sides were also excellent.. great fries & onion rings as well as the potato salad. Finally the baby back ribs were really good too. We will be back for more, we will try the wings next time too. Thanks
