You delivered a machine with missing screws and and a broken rod when our facility hadn't even used it. It wasn't workable. You sent a third party person to come out and do the maintenance and they said they have never seen such a terrible product given. Also to this day you have never paid them, due to the work being \unapproved\ when you sent them out in the first place. Then I was told that no further warranty would be covered since I left a bad review.
