I got exactly the car I wanted and am very pleased with it, but there were snags which I felt should have been identified and fixed before I took delivery of the car. I had to take the car back 3 times for issues including tracking. I felt the 120 point RAC check should have uncovered that and it made me wonder if it had been carried out. That said, they were prompt and fixed the tracking issue. I also had to replace the squeaky wipers myself even though I had pointed it out, they didn't want to do anything about it. So the 3 stars reflects a good product and ok aftercare but slight trust issues.

very friendly and helpful from the start, all awkward questions were answered. very knowledgeable about their cars. their was no pressure to buy and time was not a problem, good price on vehicle and they made sure it was 100% before leaving showroom even pick up on some bits I didn't and rectified them, after sales excellent and nothing is too much trouble, nice to see a company care about their service and standards. keep up the good work and would definitely recommend . thank you once again
