Absolutely disgusted to see council traffic warden booking in limited waiting parking bays on boxing day this is a bank holiday and bays should be exempt shameful considering the year we have had

Received a quick response by email regarding my wanting to get a food recycling bin. Parking is free (and there is plenty of it), the offices are pleasant and modern, and the staff I interacted with were polite and friendly. A nice first experience of Tewkesbury Council!

After ringing the 295010 line and been told there was waiting time of 5 minutes before my call being answered I waited only to be told 5 mins later there was now a waiting time of 16 minutes. What a farce.
