Very pleased with the service, delivery and product. Fantastically comfortable and seem very sturdy. Although colour was described as light grey I would say it was more beige. Still love them.

Original email sent 22/05/20 Today i received my order of 2 x Deluxe Benito bar stools. (order ref 197474656) On trying to put them together I have found that the central holes in either, the foot rest or the chair, have been drilled incorrectly (see pictures below) .Meaning I cannot put them together in their current state. The holes in the chair bottom are approximately 47mm apart, where as the corresponding holes in the metal footrest are 40mm apart (also the footrest holes are Octagonal which suggest that either the tool is blunt or the machine is faulty) For my sins im a production engineer at a well know Turbocharger manufacturer, and even though this is not a precision item i think that the holes should be the same distance apart to or - 1mm. I think we have two options. 1/ I have the ability to correct this by extending the relevant holes to allow the screws to fit. But would like your permission to carry on and do this. Or 2/ I request 2 further chairs (checked for accuracy before despatch) be sent to replace these, and free postage to return these original chairs to you. I would also like to think that you would consider some sort of compensation for this work? I purposely chose the \Deluxe\ model of chair, only to find that the product is not very deluxe at all. Lovely comfortable chairs! I bought 2 new bright blue ones which go splendidly in my son's Pompey blue kitchen, and an ex-display range black chair for my kitchen. I was concerned mine would look used but it doesn't and is very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery but as they were the cheapest online it was worth it. Customer service was excellent, i got a call prior to dispatch and texts and tracking information. It was delivered on time as stated on dispatch. Packed well arrived in immaculate condition, didn't take long to put together at all. Looks amazing, exactly as the pictures, excellent quality. Easy to order on line. Good price. I ordered these in cream, bit daft as I know they will mark easily but they look great. Arrived as stated in plenty of time & well packaged. Hubby took less than 5 minutes to assemble them. Highly recommend - thank you.
