I recently had my eye test here and purchased my glasses here. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. All of the times that I went in, I was seen very quickly and had no issues. Thank you to the staff there who helped me.

I tried Tesco Opticians for the first time recently. The eye test was free and I had two pairs of glasses for the price of one. Delivery of the glasses was reasonably prompt. Slightly disappointed with the after sales service. One of the glasses developed a fault and when I took them in I was told that I had to come back because a certain staff member was not in. Probably won't use them again.

Long wait to book an appointment waiting 4wks from letter,only 1 optician always there need more help had a check up a long delay appointment 4pm got out 5pm please more help needed extra optician

Bought glasses from here thought I would have the buy one get second free for 99 pounds had a text to say they had arrived went to collect them and was told only the one pair has arrived so got to make a second trip to the same place very disappointed and very poor
