It's always very clean, great variety, the facilities are in optimal conditions, the staff helpful and friendly, prices of many ranges. Fresh fruit and vegetables, freshly baked bread too. Reduced products are also very good.

I have used this store since it opened and have always found it great, helpful friendly staff and reasonably priced goods. However today I was in store with my elderly mother who has various health issues and is very apprehensive about being out and about after the lockdown. We had a lovely snack for lunch in the cafe and the staff were great helping me get Mum settled. We then had a little wonder round the store to get some supplies by the time we got to the checkout Mum was in desperate need of a seat but there were none at the checkout but a lovely lovely lady member of staff who unfortunately I did not catch her name took mum down to seats by the self service checkouts and settled her while I was able to pay and pack our shopping. I would just like to say thank you for the kind way they were with mum.
We ordered and received a home delivery today.There were two gentlemen on this delivery one wore a mask while the other one kept his down below his chin. He had laid the crates on the doorstep but instead of standing back to social distance he stood on the doorstep while my wife unpacked the crates into bags. I feel that Tesco should be reinforcing this.
