I would never usually write a review for such a place as Tesco but having lived in the area for a year now, I've never had a bad experience here! The staff are really lovely and friendly, they have a brilliant taste in music, I've seen customers dance in store, it's just really refreshing! I suffer from social anxiety and haven't hated shopping for over a year now thanks to this store!

I popped into the Tesco Superstore in Calne to upgrade my mobile phone,as I am already with Tesco mobile which is a brilliant network. The mobile shop is situated in the main store at the back towards the left side.A man by the name of Matt who was a lovely chap helped with sorting it all out for me.I ended up leaving with a very good phone which I am very pleased with.Matt gave me an excellent service and was very knowledgeable about his job, setting everything up for me by transferring all the data from my old phone ext.I can highly recommend this place if you are thinking about changing to a new mobile phone. The customer service was brilliant.I am very happy.... cheers Matt you done a great job.Was this review helpful if so give it a thumbs up...

Today I went to Tesco in Calne with my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter and the security guard at the entrance asked if we were together. I replied that we didn't live in the same house I live in Wootton Bassett and my daughter-in-law in Purton we were just together because I had gone to get her to work, yet I couldn't get in with her I had to wait for her to leave so I can get in and she had to stay in the car waiting for me with a 3 year old child. Now I ask not living together what is the problem of entering the two at the same time? The security guard just showed his lack of education and the rudeness with which he spoke, I thought he lacked a little manners but ... or maybe he doesn't know what that is ....

Had a very disappointing experience at tesco today. Never had a negative experience here before & I do appreciate we're in unprecedented times. Whilst queuing to enter the store the over zealous security guard accused me & the lady behind me in the queue (whom I had a very brief conversation with whilst queuing) of being together. He was verbally aggressive towards myself as I entered. He clearly has no people skills & most definitely should not be the first tesco employee people encounter whilst entering the store. I think tesco needs to send this individual on a course to learn how to deal with the public.
