It's just a typical Tesco supermarket. I wish it had more household products & clothing, but other than that it's good.
Very poor home delivery service. Worst tesco by far on that front. One delivery never turned up. No phone call no apology. Thankfully the call centre was very helpful. Other shops have had a whole section missing. Delivery driver has been very rude and unapologetic. Last time I get a delivery from the Banchory tesco!
It's a good store with lots of fresh stuff. My only complaint is that every other big teco stocks the beyond meat burger but this one doesn't despite my requests. I have to go to tesco Westhill if I want one. I understand they can't stock everything every individual wants but it seems odd as I've never been to another tesco Superstore that doesn't have it.
As I don't like to drive, I called Tesco's Banchory to see if they had something I wanted. I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and on a lot of medications so i have a weird eating and the one thing i like is yoghurt. The customer service team put them in the fridge for me. Banchory doesn't have this service like woodend Tesco's or westhill. But one little gesture makes my day to go above and beyond.
