Your store is an asset to Tavistock and we all appreciate the amount you do for charity, but there is one complaint that lets down your customer service. Whilst I know your staff only mean to be pleasant and helpful, many older customers absolutely HATE being called \darling\ \my lover\ \my love\ and \dear\. All my older friends hate it as well. It smacks of being in a nursing home and we find it degrading. My 74 year old husband finds it almost insulting to be called darling by a younger female cashier he has never met in his life before, or mate by a male cashier! Just please don't call us anything, it completely puts us off shopping in your store. PLEASE TESCO RETRAIN YOUR STAFF AND MAKE SOME OF YOUR OLDER CUSTOMERS HAPPY!

Poor, poor example of social distancing from staff at self service checkouts. Approached checkouts with three members of Tesco's staff attending; two chatting away partially blocking the entrance and not enforcing the 1 metre social distance, while the third leaning up against the till barrier chatting to a customer about 50cm away. Then as a customer I was ignored by of the staff while nearly waiting 5 minutes for my transaction to be let through baring in mind I was the only customer at self service.
Good Tesco store offering a wide range of goods and prices for everyone
In this store the prices are very low compared to shops like morrisons Also their own brand items are good value for money.
This Tesco Is Huge and have lots of products. The parking lot is very big
