Went late evening 8ish and there were very few people in store but a lot of shelf filling going on so difficult in places to get to the products. Staff helpful. No check out delays

Very rude staff member on kiosk. Items discontinued without notice for months then just reappear. Other than that its convenient

In tricky times their staff were great our click and collect order was ready and waiting, they packed it into the boot for us so we could stay 2m apart and we had 3 minor substitutes in our order at a time when we know they are under a lot of pressure in store. The staff were friendly and chatty which was lovely thanks for the great service.
