Would be a zero if possible. Staff are very rude the majority been a frequent visitor. Always standing in front of the fridge freezers taking their time. How are you supposed to shop if big karen is in the way. If you ask politely to access the fridge/freezers you feel like you've just asked the devil. For a good size store you don't have much in the fridge/freezer section so I don't understand why they're always being restocked or staff are always in the way and rude. Will not be coming back and I will passing on the message. Such a shame such a nice location shame about the people

easy parking, great staff. some of them charge a bit much for the ol' nudge nudge but thats ok great service. their restaurant is a bit of an odd one. they act like its some kind of staff room then ask you to leave. not a great business model but what can you do except leave a review on google.

The staff here are wonderful. When my very elderly friend, on paying at the checkout, found she had misplaced her debit card, the lady on the till was so patient and kind. She displayed not one iota of irritation. She closed her till and allowed my friend as much time as she needed to search her bag and pockets until her card turned up. (Which it finally did!). I wish I'd asked her name to thank her in person.
