Absolutely awful yesterday, shelf’s barely stocked. New Year’s Eve and no restaurants open so lots of people wanting to do a special meal at home instead but no steaks and pretty much no fresh meat at all. No fresh bread either. items on offer but not on the system, they are aware but have done nothing to rectify it. You have to pay then queue at customer service to get refund

Awful place!!! Girlfriend got detained by security for “shop lifting” and only got a salad she paid for ! no evidence kept her for near 2 hours!! Last time we will be back here ever again! Because of her race she was asked to do a statement! What a joke.... wait until I call the solicitors
