I always find the staff friendly and helpful.The one thing that has got my blood boiling that l called into the store on Monday afternoon about 2.30 was not crowded easy to get around until l came across a couple not wearing masks, when l approached a member of staff l was told they cannot enforce this ruling ,was told the same when mentioned to the lady on the checkout. So l rang customer services and was told the same even though on the government's website it states that when entering a supermarket you must wear a mask. With all the big billboards that Tesco have why can't they say 'no mask no entry'.Not only to keep other customers safe but the staff to.

I dont like giving 5 stars for Supermarkets as they aren't particularly at the pinnacle of places to visit but from a Superstore perspective it was faultless, they had plenty of staff on checkouts which is great, all staff looked happy and all produce looked fabulous. Not my local store but would recommend highly as it has a Dobbies next door and dogs are welcome!
Twisted my ankle in the car park this evening and then passed out, thanks too all the lovely staff and people that came and helped me. It’s not broken only but badly sprained. Maybe better lighting in the car park would help or lights near the speed bumps and this is where I twisted my ankle. But thanks so much for being kind and helping me.
