While staff are being great in this time of need. Today my partner was taking a low turn got excepted but only too be turned round and told she was drunk which is actually one ofthe most common things in a low turn but was made to feel guilty, insulted and degraded while having a turn she was refused custom and while they had no trained staff to help her thankfully a member of St John's ambulance was there to assist them and prove this was correct she was made to feel like a second class citizen while in her hour of need we shall not do our shopping there again and would advise other's in same situation do do the same. While we have mentioned this for others we looking into police or solicitor views over this degrading and. Unqualified duration in store

Great place to shop, good bargains if you look and excellent staff. However they should have a look at the rubbish at the entrance to the site even rubbish that they create themselves ( plastic ties for their offer banners etc.) . You don't just enter the shop from the front door but from the site entrances. When you see this rubbish it makes you think about the storage etc at the back of the shop which the customer never see's. Old adage walk the walk and not just the talk.
