Have been coming here for a number of years & always found the staff friendly & helpful, particularly one of the ladies who works on the self service checkouts at nights. Plenty of stock, plenty of free parking & not too preachy about covid rules. An overall very pleasant experience, shopping here.

The Cafe, went there in September, very poor and slow service, ordered a burger, I should have seen red flags when it didn't give a weight in the description. It took half an hour to come and when it did it was so small I couldn't find the burger in the bun ! See pics! It was burnt and dry, the 1 onion ring was soggy!. I bought this to the attention of the staff as well as how tiny the burger was, they offered me something else but the time it had taken for this burnt offering to come I couldn't wait that long as it would have been over an hour in just waiting time (it wasn't busy, and they had at least 4 staff). The 6 chips that came with it were nice! I can't recommend this cafe, it's not even a reasonable price any more. No pride in what they are serving, if they can't serve something worth eating they shouldn't serve it.
Usually have all that I need. Click and collect staff seem very conscientious. Front facing staff usually very friendly and helpful.
Went to the store to get some shopping on the way out went to get my lottery assistant behind cigarette counter really needs to go to a charm school or customer relations
So many tills and one just working in morning. And always has to wait.....
