I had outstanding service from Lisa at the mobile phone department yesterday. She persevered and sorted out a problem I had despite a very unhelpful person from the telesales department.
Went shopping for beer for new year and was asked at the checkout if I had a Clubcard and replied no but wish I had one to the assistant, I would have saved 18 if I had I said to her.. She set the Tesco app up on my phone within a few minutes for me and saved 18. Every little helps.
