TES came out and surveyed our leaking flat roof, they were very prompt and professional. His quote was set out in a manor that we could understand. When tom and his team came to do the job, again they were very polite, they did the job to a high standard. They left the area clean and tidy, once again, very happy with the workmanship performed by TES roofing.

Total cowboy outfit. Employed to fit a flat and pitched roof on a listed building. Didn’t use materials agreed and visible work was poor on close examination. Extras added at no notice leaving me little option whether to pay. 2 independent inspections, 1 report and Checkatrade arbitration later all said the work was substandard and needed to be completely redone. Managed to get TES to agree to refund 1/2 the monies paid by retracting Checkatrade review but it took over 9 months after the work was finished before it was completely paid. Bizarrely in spite of all the evidence to the contrary and the leaks TES still maintain they did a good job. When work was redone the horror stories that Tom and his team had just covered up were unbelievable. Avoid at all costs. If you have used this firm get an independent reputable inspection done fast.
Had a leak in my roof appear on a Sunday morning so rang tes developments and was at my house within the hour and fixed the problem. Very happy as not many people are interested on a Sunday. Excellent professional and very efficient service.
