You have to check this place out. All of the selections are insanely good. Another review mentioned very few COVID precautions, but I would disagree. There are signs EVERYWHERE wear a mask and everyone was very respectful about distance and keeping their masks up until they were at a table. You go through the line and pick your sides first. Then you go to the second counter and pick your meat. They are great about laying out all your options. If you don’t have a place to store your leftovers watch out for picking out too much! Also, you can just say how many ribs or slices you want and not order by the lb like the sign above says. They have plenty of outdoor seating options. I cannot recommend this place enough. The brisket absolutely melts in your mouth. The bathrooms are a bit small so be prepared for close quarters if it is busy.

Excellent authentic Texas BBQ. The 1lb of pork ribs was excellent. They were not fatty. The meat was juicy, fell off the bone, and had a dry rub that was very tasty and not too salty. The ribs did not need any BBQ sauce. The 1lb of brisket was excellent. It had the least fat I've ever seen on brisket, but was still melt in your mouth tender and juicy. The fresh green beans were cooked to tender tasty perfection. The creamy fresh coleslaw was excellent and had a perfect balance of vinegar and sweetness. A definite must do while visiting Austin.

One of the best Texas style BBQ places I’ve had! The service here is very friendly and quick, and even though this place gets very busy, the line moves quick and you get your food in a timely manor. They also have the bar at the front entry where the line starts, which allows you to get your drinks while you’re waiting in line. I’d recommend the Black Margarita! Everything that I ordered was delicious! Especially the brisket, sausage, Mac n cheese and cornbread! Their BBQ sauce is also very delicious and goes well with anything. I will definitely be recommending this place to any BBQ lover and returning in the future!

This is place is super good! The best brisket that melts in your mouth and is packed with flavor. The ribs are seasoned to perfection and each bite validates a reason for living. The beans and cream corn are good albeit a tad on the watery side. The only downside was the spicy and sweet BBQ sauce. It actually detracted from the amazing meat. The original sauce was good, but the others left room for improvement. But that's OK, if they hit everything they would rule the world. Pray that day doesn't come.

HOWDY! Lovely place to get your barbecued briskets and other kind of meat you love and adore. We got a slice of brisket, a couple of turkey slices and a smoked sausage. All delicious , high quality and inexpensive . Comes with a side of your choice . We got the green beans , a cornbread, baked beans and some pickles and onions . Went well with our meat collection. It was my first time in Texas trying some barbecue and this place did not disappoint at all . Go for it !
