I live in Waxahachie Texas and I'd to call around looking for a part that every other jeep owner was looking for. Oli Filter Housing cracked on my 2015 jeep and Matt in the part's department had one left and he put the last one back for me. He was truly an amazing person . If I could five him ten stars I would. Very nice trustworthy guy .

Quick and easy. No high-pressure sales or “Let me talk to my manager” games. I had all my questions addressed with straight forward answers. If I need another vehicle in the future I will stop here first. Ask for Tommy in sales.

I found the truck I wanted online and made contact with Platinum. I was connected with Billy and everything proceeded smoothly and honestly. I was impressed with how quickly and seamlessly the deal went down. I showed up a few hours after making contact and I was on my way home with my new truck in about an hour. I feel very happy with the price and I am very satisfied with the truck.

I was pleased with the service I got from Platinum. Terry was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. I took about 3 days to make my choice on which SUV, he was not pushy. The transaction only took about hour and half. That was helpful. The only thing I can say that wish was different, is the tank was not filled up with gas. I’ve purchased over 10 vehicles in my life New/Used and I’ve never not had the gas tank full when buying. Also realized the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. Other than those 2 things the experience was great!!! Thanks!

Very happy with this place they do not hesitate to help someone out over the phone. I couldn’t get my renegade to crank up due to the weather so I contacted them and they helped me over the phone with what to do and boom! Started right up.
