The fletcher hotel in Elzenduin is a fine hotel near the beach. For our business trip we used the conference room for our meeting and the beach outside (2 min walk) for taking a break. Ter Heijde is not a commercial location, so you do not have a lot of tourists around, which was exactly what we needed to relax and talk business. The hotel is fine to stay a night, nothing special there. The restaurant is good, service too. Tip: don't eat mussels outside, there are a lot of flies rushing to the sea smell on your plate.

Your typical beach hotel with a top notch service. The evening restaurant offers a simple and excellent menu. The hotel is less than one minute from the beach .
This hotel is all about the location. The lobby and restaurant areas are decorated well but quite worn. The rooms have seen some serious wear & are very basic but the bed is comfy. The rooms are no frills - no AC which you don’t normally need in The Netherlands but I was there on a warm night. The breakfast was great! And the access to the beach and trails was wonderful. Again close to the beach also means lots of sand - everywhere!
It’s very close to the beach, has a handful of parking spots. The restaurant is decent. The room interior feels cheap, the walls are very thin. The breakfast is ok but the kind of industrial standard food a lot of lower end hotel chains serve.

Great brekkie, good room. Location is as good as it gets. Beach is a few hundred meters away. Perfect.
