Very nice showroom with friendly staff. Lot of options for living room furniture, so plan visit with sufficient time in hand. Bed section is not that great, we tried to get help two time but no one was there in complete bed section(might be Corona time issue). Prices are competitive, negotiation are not entertained that much, so you can plan visit based on prices on website. It will be wise to list down few choices based on looks and features from website upfront, it will save lot of time and confusion. Overall good place to shop for living room

Terrible customer service. I have order a table on 11th July. In the order confirmation, they told me the table I ordered can be delivered at week 35. Until yesterday I ask them when I can get my table, they told me to wait another 7 weeks. When I send them an email to cancel the order and refund the money I paid, they didn’t reply it after 24 hours! And when I call them and contact with the online customers service, they always ask me to send them an email. If you order something with them, please consider a looooong delivery time.

ZitMaxx is showing different product and deliver different product and no return on there mistake. I went to showroom 4 month back and order one sofa , cost 3915 euro and his salesman promises me for same Sofa will deliver and even sofa measurement and price was shown in showroom also the same as they put in my invoice but when I got the sofa one sofa seat was missing. I have done complain than they said salesman make mistake and product which deliver is correct and asking more money to missing seat. I am attaching my invoice, what I got from Zitmaxx and what they shown me in showroom and what they have deliver.
