Scam! We bought a kitchen and discussed installation with the seller. Now it turns out that it was not included! I ask to speak with the manager, first he will call me, then he is sick... changed the story twice in 1 hour. STAY AWAY

Really bad experience. Seller messed up the budget and left us the kitchen dissembled. After calling them, they were not clear if the manager was working (first yes then no). They lack of clarity and customer care. STAY AWAY from this store, specially if you don't speak Dutch.

I am very satisfied with my kitchen. Initial meeting at Ter Aar went very well. When the kitchen arrived there were issues with the person who did installation that caused some headache. However, when Tatiana from the customer service stepped in everything went on smoothly from there on. Yurri who came to install cabinets that were damaged during delivery was extremely professional and efficient. Thank you! I would recommend this company as in my experience they take customer service seriously and remedy the mistake which could happen.

We bought a beautiful kitchen from them, however the service is terrible: - the counter top was not the right color and after 3 months, we are still waiting; - dishwasher was not installed properly. They confirmed us they would reimburse the costs of repair, nothing so far; - customer service never calls you back; UPDATE: Even if it took 6 months to resolve all the above, I must say that they took our complains very seriously (finally) and resolved everything. The resolutions were very satisifactory and we are happy with the kitchen we have. Very good quality vs price balance.
