This hotel looks like it’s stuck in the past. We expected comfort and it was far from this. I have stayed in better motels - It’s clear they are not interested to invest and just want rip off people by false advertising. The dinner was a buffet style which looked like something from old communist restaurant. We could hear the neighbor’s TV through the walls until past midnight and at 07:00 in the morning again. The staff was apologetic but not trying to solve anything. The hotel only offered parking for 10EUR/day and told it was fine to park on the street behind the hotel. I got a parking ticket! After such an experience, we decided to leave early and go home. The hotel obviously was not interested to refund us anything or even offer some kind of compensation. Don’t stay there - there are much nicer spa towns with updated facilities in Austria or Italy with better value for money.

One SPA next to Beethoven's SPA. Only one building, but a big one. Same treatment as Beethoven's

Lazne jsou zavřene , poznáte to pouze podle toho že se před vámi dveře ne otevřou. Žádné upozornění nic stojíte a koukáte, tak si představuji reklamu na lazne.
