Having my dog handed in as a missing dog no 1 contacted me either through letter or phone call and then letting the ppl keep him with out my consent and wont do nothing 2 help and not even a relly when I put a complaint in they say its law 2 have a dog chip for wat nothing as they don't use details 2 contact the owner its wrong how many more pll have they done this 2
Our pup wasn't well. Phoned and got an appointment. Chris was amazing as usual. Thoroughly examined him and prescribed medication and told us to not feed him until this evening .today he is back to his normal bouncy self .They are all friendly and very efficient. Car park near by highly recommend Tenby vets .
Everytime I have had an appointment for my rabbits I am left waiting for over an hour for them to be seen as they prioritize dogs and cats first, they will even be seen before them if they have arrived after, they do get great care as reason I'm not giving 1 star but emergency charge is extortionate and wont allow a payment plan as they have done in the past which is needed more now due to circumstances with covid, vets havent been affected financially but others have. I also had my rabbut booked in to be spayed in the morning and they didnt do it till late evening leaving her with no food which is bad for rabbits as they need to be constantly eating, and that sent her into gut stasis when I collected her, she had also just come out of surgery when I had collected her which could have been really stressful on her and it is required they are kept for an hour post op to make sure they eat especially after the day she had went through. Not happy but usually they are good besides the wait and that problem after surgery.
