This place seems to have no management. People come in and gawk in search of some direction. Only one counter for Tenancy Contracts that has no occupant. Totally invisible to the eyes of those sitting here with their tokens. Unbelievable.

Such a bad place, creating negetive Impression for arab nationals. This office starts at 7 AM as mentioned, All the female arab counter staffs arrive on their own timing each day. I was there with 20 other people waiting in Que with token for Tenancy contract regeneration for more than 2 hour, While the Counter was empty as female Staffs haven't arrived (2 hours of delay) while they are just standing behind with other ladies and men colleague with coffee, Laughing loud and having fun while letting customers to wait. (In addition to it they will talk very rude with you, and all the other counter staff are also too busy with their phones ) This is not the way to treat your customers. Not at all professional. Not even deserved for one star.

Can anyone tell the new process for renewing tenancy contract
Had to visit the place 4 times to have my residential tenancy contract attested
ATM machine is only one and was not working that time i had visited. Went to Ramez Market and withdrawal the cash and came back. There is no facility of credit card for any transactions unfortunately. Will give 5* if credit card payments will implement.
The most confusing place . Some counters only take e driham card [fab bank] and for tenancy renewal we need to pay in bank with Emirates id
