Dr. Burtman is a true gem. She has been treating my son with growth hormones for the past year. To her credit, at our first consultation, she advised waiting a few months before moving forward in case he had a late growth spurt. We did wait and the growth wasn't happening on his own, so she ran very thorough tests to ensure he was a candidate for use of growth hormones. She spent an extraordinary amount of time during our visits, taking a medical history, answering questions, and making my son and us feel comfortable in our choice. Her quarterly visits have been just as thorough as when we started, and I highly recommend Dr. Burtman as a Pediatric Endocrinologist.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Burtman. I am so grateful that both of my children are under her care. She has been guiding us through the growth hormone process and it’s been nothing but a great experience. Dr. Burtman is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She takes the time to explain everything to my children and myself. My 9 and 7 year old sons love going to her office! Also, the office staff is extremely helpful and always a pleasure to deal with! If you are looking for a pediatric endocrinologist there is no reason to look any further.
