Unbelievably poor customer service. I’m generally an easy going customer. The waiter brought me the wrong hot pot dish after clarifying 3 times. Then made no effort to fix it after we 100 of food. Which I thought was ridiculous. At least just bring me the right dish, and resolve the issue. The manager then calls me back and says he’ll provide a few appetizers as a way of saying sorry. So I go back reluctantly, and place a to go order. Suddenly, the manager isn’t there and they refuse to even give me food at the value of the dish I had previously ordered. I just don’t get it... I dine at a lot of amazing restaurants. This is just not one of them. Some of the dishes weren’t bad, but I can’t return after such customer service.

Always a pleasure to come and eat. Food is delicious and comes out timely. We come and eat here when we can.
We did take out, the shishito peppers are INCREDIBLE! Order sushi and a poke. Highly recommend
We really enjoyed the tempura vegetables and miso soup! The sushi took almost 45 minutes from the time we ordered to getting the food. The manager came over and apologized and gave us a few free apps which was very nice. The server was also very kind, just seemed super busy. Took us another 15 minutes for when we asked for the bill to get it. I didn’t think my philly roll had much avocado, seemed heavy on the cream cheese. Also tried the vegas roll and really enjoyed that! Not sure if I would return with how long service took for a meal (over an hour and a half for two people).
Loved this place but the food quality has gone down. This is the worst my chicken katsu has been. Why would they send this out of the kitchen? Reordering from elsewhere.
