Terrible. Horrible management. Natalie is the worst. Please don't go there. Lived there for an year, initially, it was good, management is very rude. The security deposit was 500 and not a single penny was given back when we left the community. Even after repeated emails and calls there isn't any response.The same was for many others, money was not given instead were charged with huge amounts even after the house was fully cleaned and given back in good condition. The houses (not just ours but the entire blocks) were filled with cockroaches. Even after repeated complaints no care. ( which was the reason we all had to move out) This was even after we kept the house extremely clean. Fernando, the maintenance guy is the only sensible and helpful person here. The only advantage is it's very close to the university but it's not worth it !!!! ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS LEFT THE COMMUNITY BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Except the manager, everything is fine here. I subleased an apartment and paid for the security like a new tenant. But the manager she was so rude that she charged additional charges when we were trying to leave. She isn't there half of the time and is rude if you have any complaints about the place or uncalled extra charges. Really horrible place and avoid dealing with the manager here. The maintenance guy is the best I have seen here and he is really polite and helpful.

the carpet is very dirty. i don't think that it was professional clean before new tenant is moving. I have to skip this

Quite close to campus and Indian food store /Food city. Far from Safeway and walmart. Houses are little old but gives homely Vibes There's a swimming pool and thermal pool as well. P.s. Maintenance guys are really good!

To be honest, this place is really good. I would have given it 5 stars if it were not for the property manager Natalie. Firstly, she will be in the office only on Tuesday and Thursday, so good luck getting your job done quickly. Plus, she is really rude and not very helpful. She's definitely driving the ratings down of this place. About the apartments, these apartments are really good and you cannot get a cheaper and better apartments for the location it offers. So it is one of the best apartments around for ASU students. If you can deal with the Natalie, then go for this place. You won't be disappointed. The maintenance staff is great and respond within a day if you have anything that needs to be fixed. So kudos to that maintenance team. They also spray your unit monthly for free for pest control, so that's really great. Overall, if the manager at this place changes, the apartment will be so much better. That is the only negative thing about this place.
