After going back and forth with insurance issues I rescheduled my appointment for today and my husband took two hours off work to watch our kids so I could attend the appointment - they have no record of me rescheduling but do have record of my call... they can’t figure out who I spoke with either, also it is just insulting to tell someone multiple times that they must have scheduled with a different office/doctor, how would I even schedule elsewhere without a referral? I truly thought your holistic pain management and trigger point therapy would benefit me in my daily life. Disappointing that I didn’t get to try it out.

I truly understand the need to protect your patients, what I don't understand is you inability to to those of that need to get things like gas and such while your patient is with you. I am unable to use your restrooms or get gas so that our 1 1/2 hour drive home is a little easier.

Huge mistake going to this place!! They will double bill you for services at THEIR surgery center; they use different tax identification numbers in order to do this. You'll pay a facility copay and then your physician will bill you separately for his/her services; that's unethical and it's called double dipping. Especially when the physician has a vested interest in the surgery center. Oh and if you require sedation that will be billed separately as well. THEY ARE WORKING THE SYSTEM!! Just because they can do it doesn't make it right. Plan on spending quite a bit of money for something that might not even work. Shame on these people!!

I'm so disappointed in this place and Dr. Leathem! They really do just want to take your money. Most if not all of the procedures they perform only provide temporary or little to no relief. It's all designed to have you keep coming back in. They can't lose, they just say their procedures may or may not work...really? Either way they get your money!
