Wow I honestly cannot believe this hotline claims to help people!!! I called to get help for someone I care about and they told me they couldn't help her unless I called police or they spoke to her. When she refused I then protested that we have had police involved numerous times before and they didnt help her at all. The man then actually started LAUGHING at me!! I then asked to speak to a supervisor and the man proceeded to ask me if I was the one who was thinking about harming myself or others?!! Smh the nerve of these people.

I just want to say that I'm very impressed with Tempe care 7 Tempe Police lieutenant Kerby Rapp referred me to them and I've been worried about my housing so a member by the name of Ben picked me up this morning and brought me to go check on my housing it felt so good to have people that care he drop me back off at home and gave me snacks and said if I needed anything to call it's about time we have somebody on our side!
