Absolutely terrible management. I've lived at Rise for 2 months now and every week there seems to be a new problem. Washer was broken on move-in day, and, after they \fixed\ it, it broke after one load. Took management 2 weeks to replace it despite my roommates and I calling maintenance every day. Shortly after, the air conditioning unit broke while it was 110 degrees outside and it took multiple days for maintenance to repair it. One night, the smoke alarms randomly went off at 5am and wouldn't shut off. When we called the office to ask them what to do, they told us to call back at 9am because it wasn't an \emergency.\ On top of all this, the hallways are absolutely disgusting. There are dark stains covering the carpets on every floor. When my roommate called and asked for them to clean it, they said they would take note of it. However, I see that a previous reviewer complained about the dirty carpets over a year ago, so clearly they're not cleaning them anytime soon. Finally, as I'm writing this review, our water is completely shut off because of a \significant water leak\ in the building. Not really surprised. DO NOT sign a lease here. The apartment units themselves are nice but the terrible management and dirty common spaces are not worth the expensive monthly rent.
the rise is a really nice place to live with great amenities! some maintenance issues but management is accommodating and always makes sure we don’t go without. i feel safe at home and cared about
All of the negative reviews are pretty much 100% accurate. Water is always shut off, things are always breaking, everything is closed, etc. Another issue that I haven’t seen mentioned is that the internet is constantly going out which is super fun when you’re taking a test. I am moving to a dorm next year and I’m looking forward to that.
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! Stinky hallways, trash and beer every where, they only keep those hallways clean that you see when they give a tour (5th, 6th, 10th, 15th floor). Get used to not being able to take showers in the mornings because either there is no water at all or no hot water. The absolute worst living experience of my life. The kids at office cannot help you with anything, it's like they’ve memorized a couple of paragraphs and repeat it to you no matter what the problem is. Get used to waking up to loud noises at 3am, drunk kids start fighting and security won't do anything till the cops show up. Even one star is too much for them...
