We always experience great response time for nonemergency calls. The officers are ALWAYS helpful and professional! Thank you!

I am not impressed with the most recent interaction I had with one of their officers. You all clearly need to have some type of training in regards to communication. FYI, not everyone is native to Arizona or surrounding states. Learning a new state and the roads isn’t that easy, especially when you do not drive for a living. If someone doesn’t know something, state the facts and move on. Stop “trying to understand”. Do that later. You either educate and give facts or don’t. It’s just that simple.

I've lived in Tempe for almost 6 years. In the 6 years I have been here, I have interacted with the police 4 times. One time I received a ticket for violating traffic law that I was unaware of. The cop kindly explained the law, and yes, still gave me a ticket. Guess what? I deserved it. I am an adult, and I should have looked into it when I moved here. The other 3 times, I requested help for different reasons. Each time, they were great, and as timely as they could be. I sincerely appreciate them. Thank you, Tempe PD.

I am surprised with their work efficiency. They ask me to go to the Apache substation for filling a report and I waited at the lobby for two hours before the officer come.

They are no longer part of a community. They wait for the aftermath & refuse actual help in any way.
