I’ve owned a townhome here for 10 years and love the property, people and location. It was built in 1970, so it is in need of some updating, but overall it’s a fantastic place to live. Pros: many gorgeous trees, location close to stores, restaurants, parks and public library. Easy access to freeway and public transportation. Diverse neighborhood. Pet friendly. Beautiful community pool. SRP Cons: property does need some upgrades, especially the clubhouse. The traffic on Southern Ave can be noisy.
Great Pet-Friendly Community with Large Well Manicured Grass Areas and Community Pool! Also within Walking Distance from Sprouts Farmers Market, Xtreme Bean Coffee, and Spokes on Southern!
Great place to live minus the hoa. But hoa's will be hoa's.
