I did not haggle on price, and so I felt it all went great. I personally had a positive experience. Once I start getting my priced possession serviced here, then I will come back and update this if it is negative in anyway. I am watching for now to see how I will be treated and how they communicate with me. So far so good. Wesley is a straight shooter, he will definitely praise you a lot to get your business and that's fine, he is a genuine guy and a nice guy. There were no regular dealership pressure tactics on various financial products, and that also adds to the good experience. I chose to buy extended warranty, not forced to buy. Keep it up guys.
Very satisfied with the sales people and the customer service. The car buying process is very simple and they make it so easy to sign papers. Shipping was very reasonable too.
IAutohaus provides a detailed assessment of the vehicle and accurately diagnoses and repairs the issue the FIRST time. Communication between the shop and the customer is as easy as texting your service advisor. I wouldn't take my Sprinter anywhere else. The only improvements I can recommend is a non-contact payment system due to Covid and pressuring Mercedes parts providers to lower their prices lol.
