Isaac Horton is the Tom Hanks of therapists - the most kind, thoughtful, great listener, and all around positive person that no one can say anything negative about. I’ve never felt more understood by someone. Not only is he a passionate and talented therapist, but he also happens to be an extremely talented artist! Any and all musicians/artists out there looking for someone with an art background, or just anyone in general looking for a phenomenal therapist, call Isaac Horton. 15/10 would recommend.

This review is about a year late, but better late than never. Isaac saved my life, he pushed me and made me find myself. I only wish he was in Colorado so I could continue to see him to check in for good health. I feel like a new person and will be forever grateful to him.

He pre-interviews his patients/clients to be, which is fine, and most theapists do. But only after maybe less than 5 minutes on the phone, he decided he wouldn't be a good fit for me. He said that after he said he does take the issue i mainly seek therapist for. But he quickly recommended me to go to someone else after i told him a little bit of my family background and why i choose male therapist. He makes looking for therapists like looking for a job. He doesn't realize how hard it is to find therapists and to seek help. I also feel that he screens his clients to be based on his cognitive, religious, cultural, and who knows what other biases he has. I'm not sure how much experience he has in dealing with types of issues in his profession, but sounds like he needs to gain more experience dealing with people in general. He also talks more than he listens. He'll make you insecure to tell all your stories, burdens, concerns, fears, etc. Nope, I won't recommend him.
