Karen was great!! We've had horrible buying experiences last 9/2019 on our 2 vehicles and I didn't want to deal with this dealership again ..... however I had purchased an extended warranty. Again Karen was amazing!! I hope to only work with her in the service department. Sorry to say but, it took women to resolve our first issue and now Karen to provide wonderful service all around (just saying, the women there Rock).
