Went with a friend on a Saturday morning late in November 2020. Place was packed inside, so we asked to be seated outside, and they complied. I asked for a glass of warm milk, which was served mildly warm. Other than that, everything was great. I had the volcano, and it was so well laid out. Lot of food, but also so delicious. Friend had eggs with hash browns, and he liked his meal as well.

This place was awesome!! Hot food, fast service, friendly atmosphere, and everything was bear themed!! While we were there, my brother spilled his drink and felt bad, but our server was so nice she cleaned it up and brought a new one in seconds. She sat our party of 5 in the private room and basically had it to ourselves which was really nice for social distancing. The whole restaurant was spaced nicely where people were comfortable. At the end of a glorious meal, we took some pictures of the beautiful art on the wall. Honestly, from the food to the service we left fat and happy! Also left a nice tip for the server and will definitely be going back!!
Really bad experience tonight, waited inside the restaurant for around 15 minutes for a online order. Food was sitting in the window for at least 5-10 minutes before bagged and put on the rack for me to grab it. I know this because they were not putting any other to-go orders together at the time. I watched the window into the kitchen and saw the black containers just sitting there until the host put it in the bag and sure enough he grabbed those same containers I had my eyes on while waiting and brought the bag over to the shelf. Chicken fingers were fine just kinda hard but the fries were terrible not even warm. The eggs for the other entrees were supposed to be over hard but they only made one set correctly. The other two were over medium closer to over easy. Waffle was basically soggy like it had been microwaved almost. This was super disappointing as I know how much potential their food has when prepared correctly. If I were to recommend this place to anyone I would say visit on a weekday because this Saturday night crew was apathetic. They weren’t trying to even take down the guests numbers to put them on a waitlist.it was not even 7 o’clock yet and you could tell everyone was already ready to go home.
The place was not busy at all and food took forever to come out. The waitress checked on us twice. We could hear the cooks laughing and talking loud. My hubby got a yellowish-brown salad and had to ask for a fresh order. The soup was cool (temperature). My daughter’s pizza looked worst then school pizza. The cornbread was dry and fell apart. My fish fry was way over cooked and mostly bread so were my youngest chicken strips. My hubby and I had breakfast early before and was good. The cooks were young and may not had much experience. Breakfast was good the first time but dinner was not good at all. Overall our dinner experience was not great. I don’t think I would recommend dinner but breakfast was good (maybe they have different cooks for breakfast service).
Cute theme restraunt. Friendly service Menu looked like choices for everyone. Reasonably priced
