Though I understand it happens in any environment, the inconsistency between staff members makes it impossible to say good things overall about this center. Unexpected wait times, changes to expectations, and no communication leave me to caution anyone with coming here if their time needs to be respected for any reason.

Everyone at the location is friendly and professional. I’ve donated plasma off and on for five years, and started out with a different BioLife location out of state...But, this location is by far my favorite. The ONLY downside is, you have to schedule pretty far in advance. Most locations, I can schedule same day and get in, but not hear. It’s best to schedule a week ahead at least.

Me Myself And I

1. The staff is usually very nice and polite. Phlebotomist Natalia is awesome. I have a vein that is difficult to get to and almost everyone misses it. Natalia hits it every time with no pain. 2. As I was waiting in line today, one of the supervisors was doing intake. Throughout 7 people being tested, she didn’t change her gloves not even once. To me that is very insanitary. Please correct this. Thanks
