I just love the service here up 1st insurance Group!!! I had talk to the lady at the front desk Morgan about 15 times in one day and she never got frustrated with me even though it was over 14. That is a true customer service gal. Paul Sherman did save me quite a bit of money and he is very nice. I give 1st insurance group 5 stars !!!

1st Insurance group saved me tons of money! The customer service is excellent, I called the front desk and talk to a lady named Morgan she was so nice did all she could do to help me told me she’s going to call the company and call me right back I got a phone call within five minutes I was so happy with the customer service that I got from her. Our agent Paul Sherman is great! I highly recommend this agency!!

Morgan was wonderful she was so patient and walked me threw every question I had and made sure to call me right back each and every time she truly is a great customer service gal. I have known Paul Sherman for years he is a great agent and friend and always finds me the best rates he can but he is a very busy man that is why I was so happy that Morgan was able to help me and call me back over and over again !
