Charlie at National Industrial Supply confidently and promptly handled my issue with needing a daylight plate for our refractometer. We order at first the wrong part but Charlie was able to figure out our problem and provided us with the correct replacement part. Excellent service

Buyers beware. This is a FRAUD website. Not sure where all these reviews before me came from, but I suspect they are all FAKE. I placed an order of 10/30/20, Order #2468 for 377.50. No email status updates and nothing. Every time I call it goes to voicemail, and left several messages. Also sent an email to them too and no reply. I'm going to call Credit Company to reverse charges on FRAUD
