Karen (company rep) was wonderful. She had a genuine smile and a bubbly personality, putting us immediately at ease. Ben (ultrasound technician) was an absolutely perfect balance of professional when needed, and supportive when wanted. As a naturally nervous patient, I felt in very good, safe hands. Both made our appointment unforgettably pleasant, and my husband and I came away with the biggest smiles on our faces. Got to the appointment a little early but was seen straight away. Both the lady who we first met and the man doing the ultrasound were lovely. During the scan everything was spoken about in detail so we knew exactly what we were looking at all the time, the pictures were also very clear. I will definitely be booking again

Come for a gender scan with my partner and son. Had a lovely experience and was made to feel really at ease. My baby was being stubborn so was asked to go for a little walk about and then come back, which was great and wasn’t made to feel rushed.
