Very clean place and all the shopping u need under one roof
like
Very eerie experience because of the lockdown, therefore difficult to access
Modern lots variety shops
Never like going there, only when necessary. Dislike malls, prefer to walk around outside
Some of the drivers need to learn how to speak to people. One of the drivers got so arsey just cause I put the ticket the wrong way. He's tone of voice was completely over the top we all make mistakes. When I asked do you go to Newport he totally ignored my question and just said can you scan the ticket. No please or thank yous. The low score says it all the customer service is a joke.
