Regretfully, I have experienced abysmal customer service with Protolabs. Not only it took weeks to get a call back from Tim, I then received my products in the totally wrong material than from what I ordered. When you're paying a premium for goods you would expect not only good customer service but the goods to arrive in the right material! Protolabs are doing nothing to rectify the situation, in fact they had the audacity to put the blame on me! I am very unimpressed indeed and if I got leave 0 stars I would.

Service may seem impersonal initially as most of it is automated, hence the very competive quoting system. Once assigned a project manager they will ensure any queries you have are answered and try and accommodate best they can with any deadlines you may have. Quotes are very reasonable and completely transparent. Great for all your engineering needs from 3D printing to injection moulding,with substantial experience in production and having dealt with some of the market leaders I would recommend Protolabs before most of, if not all of their main competitors. Great work guys.
this is a great place to work, I have been here for nearly two years now and have worked in two separate departments. The management team in both departments are good people and are willing to listen to you and help. Would happily recommend to people to apply.
Was a good place to work at, management have no care in the world for there workers, they just see , you don't get recognised for good work, if your English and off ill they sack you, when I first started to now the place is going down hill!
This is the best company I work for, enjoyed every day because every day it's a new challenge
